Averoft’s Manufacturing Management System (MMS) is the solution for filling the information gap between the process control system (IPC) and our customers ERP-system (Enterprise Resource Planning). MMS helps to analyze and optimize complex production processes in a simple and intuitive manner.

Designed and tailored exactly to the needs of the film producing industry, the Averoft MMS-system offers four different modules:

  • Roll Data History (RDH)
  • Slitting Optimization (CUT)
  • Production Control System (PCS)
  • Computerized Maintenance System (CMS)

Each of the four modules can be installed separately. This modular design allows a stepwise upgrading of the system.

Slitting Optimization (CUT)

The CUT program optimizes the slitting process in manufacturing process. CUT will reduce waste and slitter setup times, taking into account all technical parameters of various different slitting machines.

Compared with the manual preparation of slitting plans, this means a higher yield and less waste, as well as less time lost for the slitter setup.

Computerized Maintenance System (CMS)

The CMS software package is a tool for scheduling and organizing maintenance tasks as well as managing inventory and acquisition of products.
